Cancellation Policy

Please do not contact your walker or sitter for any schedule changes, any changes to your regular schedule such as a time change or a cancellation need to be emailed to Tian at tian@littlepawsdogwalking.com. The system also does not accept these types of changes to help avoid any scheduling confusion.       

 

​​Cancellation for weekday dog walking service and cat care service must be received 24 hours before scheduled service.

 

Cancellation for weekend dog walking and cat care service must be received before Friday, otherwise you will be charged for your scheduled service.

 

Cancellation for dog walking and cat care service on a holiday must be received a week before schedule walk or visit.​

Cancellation for in home dog vacation care service (including a set of 2 to 4 walks a day and overnight stays) must be received one week before scheduled services.

Client will be charged for the scheduled service, if the cancellation was received after our cancellation deadlines.

 

We consider the following to be our business holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independents Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year Eve.
